Hatha Yoga style teacher based in and around Sale. Hatha classes combine the physical postures (or Asanas) with breathing techniques and of course lovely relaxations, creating an all round yoga experience developing strength of body and mind as well as flexibility.
This style of yoga is great for those wanting to start a yoga practise for the first time at any age and physical ability, or those wanting to deal with the stresses and pressure of everyday life!

Available for private sessions either 1-2-1 or small groups to share the cost 🙂
Classes in Sale Moor running Wednesday and Thursday
Also a monthly candlelit Relaxation Workshop including a 45 minute Yoga Nidra!

    I have been going to Dave’s for the past year and think it’s a great barbers. The haircuts I always get are always really good. I hardly have to tell them what style I want, but they always give me a top stylish cut. My son hates having his haircut and I used to find it embarrassing at other barbers, but Dave and Karen are really patient and make taking him stress free. I wouldn’t go anywhere else
